Beşiri is a town located in the Batman Province of Turkey. It serves as the administrative seat of the Beşiri District and had a recorded population of 11,120 as of 2021.
The settlement has undergone several administrative changes over time. Originally established as a village within the Diyarbakır Province, it was later incorporated as a district of Siirt Province before finally becoming a district of Batman in 1990. The current mayor is Sait Karabulut, who was elected in 2019.
