Sultanhanı is a town located in the Aksaray Province of Turkey. It serves as the administrative seat of the Sultanhanı District, which was officially established in 2017. As of 2021, the town has a recorded population of 10,958 residents.
The settlement derives its name from a famous han, or caravanserai, situated within the town. This historical structure is the primary namesake for the locality and the surrounding district.
