Çukurca is a municipality and the seat of the Çukurca District located in the Hakkâri Province of Turkey. It serves as a local administrative center within the southeastern region of the country.
The town is primarily inhabited by Kurds belonging to the Ertoşî and Pinyanişî tribes. As of 2023, the population of Çukurca was recorded at 10,252 residents. The municipality has been led by Mayor Ensar Dündar of the Justice and Development Party since 2019.
