Kizilcahamam

Kızılcahamam is a municipality and district located in the Ankara Province of Turkey. Situated at an elevation of 975 meters, it covers a total area of 1,623 km² and had a population of 26,872 as of 2022.

The district is positioned approximately 70 km north of the city of Ankara, near the motorway leading to Istanbul. Geographically, the region serves as a boundary between central Anatolia and the Black Sea regions, characterized primarily by its mountainous and forested terrain.
