İkizce is a municipality and district located in the Ordu Province of Turkey. Formerly known as Laleli Mabeyceli, the area covers a total landmass of 148 km². As of 2022, the district has a recorded population of 13,276 residents.
The town is situated at an elevation of 150 meters (492 feet) above sea level. It serves as a primary administrative division within the Ordu Province.
