Karahallı is a town located in the inner Aegean region of Turkey. It serves as the administrative seat of the Karahallı District within the Uşak Province.
The town is situated approximately 62 km (39 mi) south of the provincial center of Uşak. As of 2022, the population of Karahallı is recorded at 5,672 residents.
