Suruç is a municipality and district located in the Şanlıurfa Province of Turkey. Situated on a plain near the Syrian border, it lies approximately 46 kilometres (29 miles) southwest of the city of Urfa.
The district covers an area of 744 square kilometres and had a population of 100,961 as of 2022. The inhabitants of Suruç are primarily Kurdish.
