Hilvan is a municipality and district located in the Şanlıurfa Province of Turkey. Situated approximately 55 km north of the city of Şanlıurfa, it covers a total land area of 1,111 km2.
As of 2022, the district has a recorded population of 42,218 residents. It serves as a primary administrative and residential area within the province.
