Dernekpazarı is a municipality and district located in the Trabzon Province of Turkey. It covers a total area of 89 km2 and had a recorded population of 3,761 as of 2022. The current mayor of the town is Mehmet Aşık.
Geographically, Dernekpazarı is situated within the Solaklı river valley system. It occupies a position between the coastal district of Of and the alpine district of Çaykara.
