Arsin is a municipality and district located in the Trabzon Province of Turkey. Situated on the Black Sea coast, it lies to the east of the city of Trabzon.
The district covers an area of 157 square kilometers and had a population of 30,911 as of 2022. The current mayor is Hamza Bilgin, who represents the YRP.
