Artova is a town located in the Tokat Province within the Black Sea region of Turkey. It serves as the administrative seat of the Başçiftlik District and has a recorded population of 3,731 as of 2022.
The town is situated approximately 31 km southwest of the city of Tokat. It is connected by a railway line that links Artova to Samsun in the north and Sivas in the southwest. The current mayor of the town is Lütvü Yalçın.
