Şarköy is a municipality and district located in the Tekirdağ Province of Turkey. Situated on the north coast of the Marmara Sea in East Thrace, it serves as a seaside town with a total area of 487 km2. As of 2022, the district has a population of 33,466.
The town is located approximately 86 km west of Tekirdağ. It can be accessed via an inland road or by traveling along a winding coastal road that continues toward Gallipoli. The current mayor of Şarköy is Alpay Var of the CHP.
