Malkara is a municipality and district located in the Tekirdağ Province of Turkey. It covers a total area of 1,243 km² and has a recorded population of 50,988 as of 2022.
The district is situated approximately 55 km west of Tekirdağ and 190 km from Istanbul. The current mayor of the municipality is Nergiz Karaağaçlı Öztürk of the CHP.
