Türkeli is a town located in the Sinop Province within the Black Sea region of Turkey. It serves as the administrative seat of the Türkeli District.
As of 2022, the town has a population of 6,560 residents. A significant number of natives from Türkeli have emigrated to several European countries, including Germany, Austria, Belgium, and France. The current mayor of the town is Veysel Şahin of the AKP.
