Terme, formerly known as Termeh, is a municipality and district situated in the Samsun Province of Turkey. It covers a total area of 548 km² and had a recorded population of 71,092 as of 2022.
The district is geographically positioned on the eastern end of the Çarşamba Plain. It is located along the Terme River, specifically situated approximately 5 km from where the river meets its mouth.
