İlkadım is a municipality and district situated in the Samsun Province of Turkey. Located on the coast of the Black Sea, the district sits at an altitude of 5 meters and covers a total area of 155 km2 (60 sq mi).
As of 2022, İlkadım has a population of 333,518, making it the most populous district in the Black Sea Region. A significant portion of the urbanized area of Samsun City is located within this district.
