Alaçam is a municipality and district located in the Samsun Province of Turkey. It covers a total area of 598 km2 and had a recorded population of 24,647 as of 2022.
The region is historically significant as scholars believe it to be the site of the ancient city of Zaliche, also known as Zaliches.
