Taraklı is a municipality and district located in the Sakarya Province of Turkey. Formerly known as Dablar, the town covers an area of 292 km2 and had a population of 6,894 as of 2022.
The district is characterized by its status as a historic town situated within a forested landscape. Geographically, it is positioned approximately midway between the cities of Istanbul and Ankara. The local government is currently led by Mayor İbrahim Pilavcı and District Governor Burak Serttaş.
