Hendek is a district and municipality located in the Sakarya Province of Turkey. It covers a total area of 646 square kilometers and had a recorded population of 90,153 as of 2022.
The municipality was officially founded in 1907. The current mayor of the city is Irfan Püsküllü, who represents the Büyük Birlik Partisi (BBP).
