Çayeli is a town located in the Rize Province on the Black Sea coast of eastern Turkey. Situated approximately 18 km east of the city of Rize, it serves as the administrative seat of the Çayeli District.
As of 2021, the town has a population of 24,583 residents. It is characterized by its coastal position within the eastern region of the country.
