Gülyalı is a municipality and district located in the Ordu Province of Turkey. Formerly known as Abulhayır, the area covers a total land area of 62 km². As of 2022, the district has a population of 8,425 residents.
The town is situated at a low elevation of 10 meters (33 feet) above sea level. It serves as a local administrative center within the Ordu region.
