Çaybaşı, formerly known as Çilader, is a municipality and district located in the Ordu Province of Turkey. It covers a total area of 102 km² and has a recorded population of 11,889 as of 2022.
The town is situated at an elevation of 500 meters (1,640 feet) above sea level. It serves as a local administrative center within the Ordu region.
