Mucur, formerly known as Niza, is a town located in the Kırşehir Province within the Central Anatolia region of Turkey. It serves as the administrative seat of the Mucur District and sits at an elevation of 1,120 meters (3,670 feet) above sea level.
As of 2022, the town has a population of 13,350 residents. It is primarily recognized as a center for the production and sale of decorative rugs and prayer rugs.
