Akçakent is a town located in the Kırşehir Province within the Central Anatolia region of Turkey. It serves as the administrative seat of the Akçakent District.
The town is situated at an elevation of 1,404 meters (4,606 feet). As of 2022, its population was recorded at 755 residents.
