Pınarhisar is a town located in the Kırklareli Province within the Marmara region of Turkey. It serves as the administrative seat of the Pınarhisar District and has a recorded population of 10,497 as of 2022.
Historically known by the names Bryses or Brysis, the town is currently governed by Mayor İhsan Talay of the AKP. It remains a recognized locality within the regional infrastructure of western Turkey.
