Kıyıköy, historically known as Medea, is a town located in the Vize District of the Kırklareli Province in Turkey. Situated on the coast of the Black Sea, it is positioned approximately 36 km from Vize and 95 km from the provincial center of Kırklareli.
The settlement officially became a municipality in 1987. As of 2022, the town has a population of 2,160 residents.
