Tomarza is a municipality and district located in the Kayseri Province of Turkey. Formerly known as Dumarza, the area covers a total landmass of 1,405 km2.
As of 2022, the district has a population of 21,100 residents. The current mayor of Tomarza is Osman Koç, who represents the İYİP party.
