Hacilar, also known as Hacılar Höyük, is an archaeological site located in southwestern Turkey. It is situated approximately 23 km south of the modern city of Burdur.
The site represents an early human settlement that dates back to at least 7040 BC during its earliest stage of development. Archaeological evidence indicates that the location was abandoned and reoccupied on multiple occasions throughout its history.
