İhsangazi is a town located in the Kastamonu Province within the Black Sea region of Turkey. Formerly known as Mergüze, it serves as the administrative seat of the İhsangazi District.
The town is situated at an elevation of 1,020 meters (3,346 feet). As of 2021, the population of the area was recorded at 2,891 residents.
