Mordoğan is a neighborhood located within the Karaburun municipality and district in the İzmir Province of Turkey. Situated on the eastern shoreline of the Karaburun Peninsula, it lies within the Gulf of İzmir at approximately twenty kilometers south of the district center of Karaburun.
While it was classified as a town (belde) prior to 2013, Mordoğan is currently recognized for its economic development, which is comparable to that of the district center. The area is particularly noted for its tourism industry, featuring various restaurants and accommodation facilities. It benefits from a strategic location along a modern land route, making it accessible to travelers arriving from İzmir.
