Bayraklı is a municipality and district located in the İzmir Province of Turkey. It occupies an area of 30 km² and covers the northern portion of the İzmir metropolitan area. As of 2024, the district has a population of 299,859.
The district was officially established in 2008. It was formed from a portion of the neighboring district of Karşıyaka.
