Bayındır is a municipality and district located within the İzmir Province of Turkey. It covers a total area of 548 square kilometers and had a recorded population of 40,073 as of 2022.
The central town of the Bayındır district is situated in the valley of the Küçük Menderes river. The region serves as a primary administrative and residential hub for the surrounding area.
