İstinye is a neighborhood located within the district of Sarıyer in Istanbul Province, Turkey. Situated on the European side of the city, it sits along the northwestern shore of the Bosphorus strait between the neighborhoods of Emirgan and Yeniköy.
As of 2022, the population of İstinye was recorded at 15,721 residents.
