Silifke is a municipality and district located in the Mersin Province of Turkey. Situated at the western edge of the Çukurova plain, it lies approximately 80 km (50 mi) west of the city of Mersin.
The district covers a total area of 2,692 km2 and had a recorded population of 132,665 in 2022.
