Anamur is a municipality and district located in the Mersin Province of Turkey. Covering an area of 1,430 km2, it serves as the westernmost district of the province and shares a border with Antalya Province.
The region is notable for containing Anatolia's southernmost point. As a coastal resort town, Anamur is primarily recognized for its production of bananas and peanuts.
