Kırıkhan is a municipality and district located in the Hatay Province of Turkey. It covers a total area of 715 square kilometers and had a recorded population of 121,028 as of 2022.
The town serves as a significant transportation hub, situated at the intersection of the route between İskenderun and Aleppo and the primary north-south road connecting Antakya and Kahramanmaraş. The district is also notable for its demographic composition; as of 2014, more than 35,000 Syrian residents lived in Kırıkhan, a figure that rose from 30,000 in May 2013.
