Oltu is a municipality and district located in the Erzurum Province of Turkey. It covers a total area of 1,441 km² (556 sq mi) and has a recorded population of 30,075 as of 2022.
The district is currently governed by Mayor Adem Çelebi, who represents the AKP. As a local administrative center within Erzurum Province, it serves as a primary residential and municipal hub for the region's inhabitants.
