Narman is a municipality and district located in the Erzurum Province of Turkey. Formerly known as Namervan and İd, the area covers a total landmass of 799 square kilometers.
As of 2022, the district has a population of 12,292 residents. The local government is currently led by Mayor Aydemir Adem Kinalı of the AKP party.
