İspir is a municipality and district located in the Erzurum Province of Turkey. Situated along the Çoruh River, the district covers a total area of 2,129 km². As of 2022, the population of İspir is recorded at 14,607 residents.
The local government is currently led by Mayor Ahmet Coşkun, who represents the Nationalist Movement Party (MHP). The district serves as a notable geographical point within the province, defined by its location on the river and its established administrative boundaries.
