Refahiye is a town located in the Erzincan Province within the Eastern Anatolia region of Turkey. It serves as the administrative seat of the Refahiye District.
The town sits at an elevation of 1,589 meters. As of 2022, its population was recorded at 4,225 residents, and it is currently governed by Mayor Fatih Kök.
