Otlukbeli is a municipality (belde) located in Turkey. It serves as the administrative seat of the Otlukbeli District within the Erzincan Province.
As of 2021, the town had a population of 2,036 residents. The municipality is organized into three distinct neighborhoods: Fatih, Mehmet Akif Ersoy, and Şehitler.
