Alacakaya is a town located in the Elazığ Province of Turkey. It serves as the administrative seat of the Alacakaya District. As of 2021, the town has a recorded population of 2,451 residents.
The local government is currently led by Mayor Zafer Altınışık of the YRP party. The town is primarily populated by the Zaza people.
