Dicle is a municipality and district located in the Diyarbakır Province of Turkey. Known as Pîran in Kurdish, it covers a total area of 738 square kilometers.
The district has a population of 36,114 as of 2022 and is primarily inhabited by Kurds. The local government is currently led by Mayor Felat Aygören of the HDP.
