Mutki is a town located in the Bitlis Province of Turkey. It serves as the administrative seat of the Mutki District and has a recorded population of 2,294 as of 2021.
The town is primarily populated by Kurds. The current mayor of Mutki is Vahdettin Barlak, who represents the AKP party.
