Balya is a municipality and district located in the Balıkesir Province of Turkey. It serves as a local administrative center with a total land area of 797 square kilometers.
As of 2022, the district has a population of 12,451 residents. The current mayor of Balya is Orhan Gaga, who represents the Republican People's Party (CHP).
