Karpuzlu is a municipality and district located in the Aydın Province of Turkey. It covers a total area of 286 km² and had a recorded population of 10,590 as of 2022.
The district is situated approximately 56 km (35 mi) from the city of Aydın. Karpuzlu officially became a district center in 1990 following its separation from the Çine district.
