Akçaova is a neighborhood located within the district of Çine in the Aydın Province of Turkey. It sits on the plains to the southwest of the Çine Creek, which serves as a tributary of the Büyükmenderes River. The settlement is situated approximately 16 kilometers from Çine and 52 kilometers from the city of Aydın.
Originally known as Akçaoba, the name refers to the nomadic Turkmen founders who established the settlement in the 1820s. While it was declared a seat of township in 1969, it was reclassified as a neighborhood following a reorganization in 2013. As of 2022, the population of Akçaova is 2,105.
The local economy is primarily centered on agriculture and livestock. Key economic activities include cattle breeding and the cultivation of olive groves. Additionally, the area features an integrated meat plant as a notable industrial site.
