Kılıçkaya is a village located in the Yusufeli District of Artvin Province in Turkey. It serves as one of the southernmost settlements within the province, situated approximately 22 kilometres south of Yusufeli.
As of the 2021 census, the village has a population of 806 residents. Prior to the administrative reorganization in 2013, Kılıçkaya held the status of a town (belde).
