Artvin is a city located in northeastern Turkey, situated approximately 30 kilometres inland from the Black Sea coast. It serves as the administrative seat for both Artvin Province and Artvin District.
As of 2021, the city has a population of 25,841 residents. It is primarily recognized as a regional hub within its namesake province in the northeastern part of the country.
