Arhavi is a town located in the Artvin Province within the Black Sea Region of Turkey. It serves as the administrative seat of the Arhavi District. The city center covers an area of approximately 6 km2 (2.3 sq mi) and features a coastline spanning about 10 km (6.2 mi). The surrounding terrain is characterized by hilly and mountainous landscapes.

As of 2022, the town has a population of 17,558, making it the third most populous municipality in Artvin Province. A large portion of the local population consists of Laz people. Arhavi is notably recognized for its Culture and Art Festival, an event that has been celebrated since 1973.
